Our 2018 Fast Pitch Journey

Back in November, KidsFirst and 19 other nonprofit semifinalists from the across the Sacramento region were selected to join SVP’s 2018 Fast Pitch cohort. Mike delivered an incredible pitch, compassionately highlighting our organization and our impact in the community. After the judges’ evaluation, KidsFirst was awarded second place, a cash prize and a trophy!

When asked about his Fast Pitch experience, Mike commented, “With all the good work being done, it can be tough for nonprofits to share our stories of service in the community, but SVP helped us hone that skill. Job well done to Mike and his coaches! We are grateful to SVP Sacramento for hosting such an inspiring and impactful event and giving us the opportunity to participate…Read More
